摘  要:微液滴相较于普通液滴,具有更小的微观尺度特征,传导效率高、比表面积大、体系封闭且稳定等特点,在乳化领域得到广泛的应用,高度单分散的微液滴可以通过微流控技术精准制备和操控,同时具有试剂损耗小、无交叉污染、化学反应迅速等优点,在乳化合成微粒子具有重要的地位。近年微流控技术发展迅速,同时展现出在制备高阶多重乳状液和Janus粒子等具有特殊或复杂结构的微粒子具有巨大优势。本文将微流控技术在乳化领域的应用和研究现状进行概述,并对其发展趋势进行展望,为制造具有特殊结构的粒子提供新方法,以期微流控技术能够跨出实验室,在各领域展现真正实际应用价值。Compared with ordinary droplets,microdroplets have the characteristics of smaller micro-scale,high conduction efficiency,large specific surface area,closed and stable system,and have been widely used in the field of emulsification.highly monodisperse microdroplets can be accurately prepared and controlled by microfluidic technology.at the same time,they have the advantages of low reagent loss,no cross pollution,rapid chemical reaction and so on.In recent years,microfluidic technology has developed rapidly,and it also shows great advantages in the preparation of high-order multiple emulsions and Janus particles with special or complex structure.In this paper,the application and research status of microfluidic technology in the field of emulsification are summarized,and its development trend is prospected,so as to provide a new method for manufacturing particles with special structure,so that microfluidic technology can step out of the laboratory.show real practical application value in various fields.
