摘　　要：本文以2011—2022年A股上市公司为样本,研究发现参加异地商会能够显著促进企业数字化转型。机制检验表明,异地商会能够发挥“监督效应”和“资源效应”,主要通过减轻委托代理冲突、缓解企业融资约束、降低决策信息不确定性和提升高管信息技术能力四种渠道助力企业数字化转型。拓展性研究显示,异地商会可以有效弥补政府和市场职能的不足,具体表现为当企业所在地区的政府数字注意力水平和市场化水平较低时,异地商会对数字化转型的促进效应更强。此外,异地商会与儒家文化、社会信任所形成的非正式治理机制在赋能企业数字化转型方面呈现替代效应。本文从推进数字经济与实体经济深度融合视角揭示了商会组织参与社会治理的具体路径,为赋能企业数字化转型、促进商会健康发展、完善社会治理体系提供有益参考。This paper studies the impact of participating in the Hometown-based Business Association(HBA)on corporate digital transformation with a panel data of Chinese listed firms during the 2011-2022.The results show that participating in HBA can significantly promote corporate digital transformation,and HBA can exert the“supervision”and“resource”effect,which helps the corporate digital transformation through reducing the principal-agent conflict,easing the financing constraints,reducing the uncertainty of decision-making information and improving the information technology ability of executives.The expansion research shows that HBA can effectively make up for the shortcomings of government and market functions.The specific performance is that when the level of government digital attention and marketization in the region where the enterprise is located is lower,the promotion effect of HBA on digital transformation is stronger.In addition,the informal governance mechanism formed by Confucian culture and social trust has a substitutive effect with HBA in enabling the digital transformation of enterprises.This paper not only reveals the specific path for Chamber of commerce to participate in social governance from the perspective of promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,but also provides useful references for driving enterprises digital transformation,promoting the healthy development of Chamber of commerce,and improving the social governance system.
