摘　　要：创新链、产业链、资金链和人才链深度融合是实现高质量发展的关键要素,也是提升国家创新体系整体效能的内在要求。作为国家战略科技力量的重要组成部分,科技领军企业承担着实现高水平科技自立自强的时代使命,在推动“四链”深度融合中发挥引领作用。从“四链”深度融合的时代内涵和演化趋势出发,结合科技领军企业特征,探究科技领军企业引领“四链”深度融合的理论逻辑,并通过案例分析加以验证,由此提出应增强科技领军企业创新引领意识、强化科技领军企业“四链”引领能力、推动科技领军企业构筑“四链”融合支撑体系的对策建议,以助力高水平科技自立自强与经济高质量发展。The deep integration of the innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain and talent chain is a crucial factor for achieving high-quality development,and is also an inherent requirement for improving the overall efficiency of the national innovation system.As a vital component of the national strategic scientific and technological force,technology leading enterprises bear the mission of achieving high-level self-reliance in science and technology,so they must play a leading role in promoting the deep integration of the“four chains”.Starting from the contemporary connotation and evolutionary trends of the“four-chain”deep integration,and considering the main characteristics of technology leading enterprises,this paper explores the theoretical logic of how technology leading enterprises drive the deep integration of the“four chains,”verified by case analysis.Consequently,this paper proposes three suggestions:enhancing the innovation leadership awareness of technology leading enterprises,strengthening their ability to lead the“four-chain”,and promoting the construction of a support system for the integration of the“four-chain”by technology leading enterprises,thereby contributing to high-level self-reliance in science and technology and high-quality economic development.
