摘　　要：为应对教育改革和产业升级需求,高等教育与产业界的深度融合成为推动区域经济发展的关键因素。在此背景下,本文探讨地方高校产教融合实体化运作的模式与策略,以上海N大学与中国银行合作建设的“中银慧谷-产教融合实训基地”为例,分析其在推动产教融合型城市建设中的创新实践。本文首先回顾产教融合的政策背景及实体化运作的现实价值,随后详细阐述上海N大学在产教融合实体化运作中采取的创新模式和策略,包括基地前置至校内、多元形式结合地进行专业技能培养,以及实现校企人才共育等。通过案例分析,揭示这些模式和策略在促进学生能力培养与产业需求对接方面的积极成效,以及对地方高校和产业发展的可持续性影响,并提出推动产教融合进一步深化的策略,包括强化顶层设计、探索机制创新和注重载体建设,旨在为其他高校提供可借鉴的经验和模式,助力产教融合型城市建设与发展。In response to the demand for educational reform and industrial upgrading,the deep integration of higher education with industry has become a critical factor in driving regional economic development.Against this backdrop,this paper explores the entity-based operational model and strategies of industry-education integration at a local university,using the“Bank of China Wisdom Valley:Industry-Education Integration Training Base”constructed in collaboration between Shanghai N University and the Bank of China as a case study.This paper first reviews the policy background of industry-education integration and the practical value of its entity-based operation.It then details the innovative models and strategies adopted by Shanghai N University in its entity-based industry-education integration,including the relocation of the training base onto the campus,the combination of diverse forms of professional skills training,and the co-cultivation of talents between schools and enterprises.Through case analysis,this paper reveals the positive outcomes of these models and strategies in promoting the alignment between student skills cultivation and industry demand,as well as their sustainable impact on local universities and industrial development.Finally,the paper proposes strategies to further deepen industry-education integration,including strengthening top-level design,exploring innovative mechanisms,and focusing on platform construction,aiming to provide other universities with valuable reference experiences and models to support the construction and development of industry-education integrated cities.
