摘 要:为探究水稻秸秆生物炭(Biochar,BC)以及2种铁改性生物炭(FBC1、FBC2)和1种锰改性生物炭(Manganese Modified Biochar,MBC)对污染土壤中锑(Sb)的钝化修复效果,筛选出其中效果最佳的修复材料。制备3种不同的金属改性秸秆生物炭,通过钝化试验和盆栽试验评估生物炭的添加对污染土壤中有效态Sb含量的影响及其对小白菜Sb吸收的影响,并对比分析不同生物炭对污染土壤中Sb的钝化效果。土样1(污染土壤原样)以CaCl_(2)、HAc提取的有效态Sb含量分别为4.36 mg/kg、11.51 mg/kg。钝化试验中,分别在土样1中添加(1%、3%)BC、FBC1、FBC2、MBC钝化30 d后,CaCl_(2)提取的有效态Sb含量分别降低93.4%、89.6%;95%、98.5%;94.5%、100%和92.5%、92%,HAc提取的有效态Sb含量分别降低81%、78.9%;91.5%、92.4%;91.7%、98.4%和85.3%、85.8%。盆栽试验中,添加1%BC和1%FBC2处理,土样1和土样2中种植小白菜的Sb吸收量分别降低92.7%、55.2%和94.9%、71.8%。钝化试验结果表明,4种生物炭材料中FBC2钝化Sb的效果最佳。盆栽试验进一步证实,FBC2能有效降低污染土壤中Sb的生物有效性,其钝化效果优于BC,是一种良好的钝化修复材料。The passivation and remediation effects of rice straw biochar(BC),two kinds of iron modified biochar(FBC1,FBC2)and one kind of manganese modified biochar(MBC)on Sb in contaminated soil were investigated,and the best passivation remediation materials were selected.In this paper,three different kinds of metal modified straw biochar were prepared.The effects of biochar addition on the content of available Sb in contaminated soil and its effect on the Sb uptake of Chinese cabbage were evaluated through passivation experiment and pot experiment,and the passivation effects of different biochar on Sb in contaminated soil were compared and analyzed.The available Sb content extracted from CaCl_(2) and HAc in soil sample 1(original contaminated soil)were 4.36 mg/kg and 11.51 mg/kg.In the passivation experiment,after 30 d of passivation with(1%,3%)BC,FBC1,FBC2 and MBC,the content of available Sb extracted from CaCl_(2) decreased by 93.4%,89.6%;95%,98.5%;94.5%,100%;92.5%,92%,respectively,the available Sb content of HAc extraction decreased by 81%,78.9%;91.5%,92.4%;91.7%,98.4%and 85.3%,85.8%,respectively.In the pot experiment,the Sb uptake of Chinese cabbage grown in soil samples 1 and 2 decreased by 92.7%,55.2%,94.9%and 71.8%,respectively.The results of passivation experiment showed that FBC2 had the best passivation effect on Sb in the four kinds of biochar materials.The pot experiment further confirmed that FBC2 could effectively reduce the bioavailability of Sb in contaminated soil,and its passivation effect was better than BC,which was a good passivation remediation material.
