摘  要:2024年10月19日,北京大学信息管理系隆重举行了“纪念北京大学图书馆学教育100周年研讨会”,全国图书馆学业界的顶尖力量参会讨论。北京大学图书馆学教育的百年发展历程经历了三个关键阶段:图书馆学科目的开设,图书馆学专修科的创立,图书馆学系的创办和建设;主要体现三大特色:第一是馆长办学,理论与实践结合,第二是注重实习,知识落实在田野,第三是以研育才,科研能力常提升。中国图书馆学教育百余年的发展历程可总结凝练为六个词汇:情怀、眼光、坚守、拓新、融通、博雅。面对数智时代,需坚守图书馆学学科根基,在教育内容上守正创新;打造中国特色图书馆学学科体系,推动学科体系与教材体系、课程体系协同发展;在教学方法上推动学界业界共建实践教学体系。面向国家战略需求,需开展人才培养理论体系、方法论及实施框架的前瞻性研究;坚持服务于国家和社会发展需求的图书馆学专业技能培养;强化专业精神培育,筑牢图书馆人的责任感与使命感,主动服务国家战略、助力社会发展。The Department of Information Management at Peking University held a seminar on October 19,2024,titled Commemorating the Centennial of Library Science Education at Peking University,featuring leading experts from the national library science community for discussions.The century-long history of library science education at Peking University has passed through three critical stages,highlighting the evolution of library science as a subject,discipline,and scientific field.This history reflects three characteristics.First,the library directors take the lead in education.Second,it emphasizes the importance of practical experience in education.Third,it cultivates talent through scientific research.The development of library science education in China over the past century can be summarized with six key terms:passion,vision,perseverance,innovation,integration,and liberal education.Experts engaged in in-depth discussions around two major themes:“library science education in the digital intelligence era”and“the cultivation of library science talents to meet national strategic needs”.In response to the challenges of the digital intelligence era,it is important to maintain the foundation of library science and innovate in educational content;construct a library science discipline system with Chinese characteristics and promote the coordinated development of the discipline,teaching materials,and curriculum systems;and advance the construction of a collaborative practical teaching system involving both academia and industry.With respect to national strategic needs,it is crucial to conduct thorough research on innovative theories,methodologies,and frameworks for cultivating talent.A focus on enhancing professional library skills that align with the requirements of national and societal development is essential while also nurturing a professional spirit and instilling a strong sense of responsibility and mission in library professionals.
