摘　　要：缩小城乡收入差距是实现共同富裕的本质要求和重要着力点。基于2013-2022年中国30个省份的面板数据样本,实证考察新型基础设施对城乡收入差距的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现,新型基础设施对城乡收入差距具有非线性影响,表现为先扩大后缩小的倒“U”型特征,其传导途径主要通过创新活力提升效应和就业结构优化效应影响城乡收入差距。新型基础设施对城乡收入差距具有“先虹吸后溢出”的空间效应,且这种空间溢出效应主要存在于500公里以内。城乡数字鸿沟能够负向调节新型基础设施与城乡收入差距之间的关系,城乡间数字鸿沟越大,新型基础设施缩小城乡收入差距的作用越弱。以上结论有助于理解新型基础设施的经济效应,并为如何有效缩小城乡收入差距以及实现共同富裕提供经验证据。It is not only an essential requirement but also a critical focus for achieving common prosperity to narrow the urban-rual income gap.Based on panel data samples from 30 provinces in China over the period 2013-2022,this study empirically examines the impact and mechanisms through which new infrastructure influences the urban-rural income gap.It shows that new infrastructure has a nonlinear effect on the income gap,characterized by an inverted"U"shape that first expands and then narrows..characterized by an inverted"U"shape that first expands and then narrows.It mainly affects the urban-rural income gap through the effects of enhancing innovation vitality and optimizing employment structure.The new infrastructure has a spatial effect of"siphoning first and then overflowing"on the urban-rural income gap,and this spatial spillover effect mainly exists within 500km.The urban-rural digital divide can negatively regulate the relationship between new infrastructure and urban-rural income gap.The larger the digital divide,the weaker the role of new infrastructure in narrowing the income gap.These conclusions contribute to understanding new infrastructure’s economic effects and provide empirical evidence on how to effectively narrow the urban-rural income gap and achieve common prosperity.
