温和型“早C晚A”眼霜的临床功效评价

摘　　要：制备了含5%VC-IP的眼霜及0.3%HPR的晚霜,通过体内和体外刺激性测试结果表明日霜&晚霜对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜轻刺激性、人体无刺激。在人体功效测试中,早晚各使用一次样品,持续14天、28天和56天,结果表明:黑眼圈评估区域皮肤黑色素含量分别显著性降低了29.88%,40.73%和40.88%;眼下评估区域眼袋体积显著性减少4.31%、7.41%和10.27%;外眼角评估区域皮肤皱纹平均深度和皮肤皱纹长度也显著性减少;外眼角评估区域皮肤光泽度分别显著性增加13.32%、16.57%和20.11%(P<0.05)。An day cream containing 5%VC-IP and a night cream containing 0.3%HPR were prepared.In vivo and vitro irritation tests,both the day cream and night cream indicated light irritation to chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane and no irritation to human skin.In vivo efficacy test,both samples were used once in the morning and once in the morning for 14 days,28 days and 56 days separately.In the results,skin melanin content in the evaluation area of dark circles was significantly reduced by 29.88%,40.73%and 40.88%,respectively.In the immediate assessment area,volume of eye bags was significantly reduced by 4.31%,7.41%and 10.27%.Meanwhile,the mean depth of skin wrinkles and the length of skin wrinkles also decreased significantly in the evaluation area of the outer corner of the eye.The skin glossiness in the evaluation area of the outer corner of the eye was significantly increased by 13.32%,16.57%and 20.11%,respectively(P<0.05).
