摘　　要：随着网络技术的快速发展,高校心理健康教育面临着新的挑战与机遇。本文深入分析了网络环境下高校心理健康教育的现状,揭示了其存在的主要问题与不足。在此基础上,提出了构建高效、科学的心理健康教育体系的策略,包括完善课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、构建网络心理健康教育平台以及强化宣传与普及等方面。这些策略旨在利用网络环境的优势,提升高校心理健康教育的质量与效果。With the rapid development of network technology,mental health education in universities is facing new challenges and opportunities.This article deeply analyzes the current situation of mental health education in universities under the network environment,revealing its main problems and shortcomings.On this basis,strategies for building an efficient and scientific mental health education system were proposed,including improving the curriculum system,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,building a network mental health education platform,and strengthening publicity and popularization.These strategies aim to leverage the advantages of the online environment to enhance the quality and effectiveness of mental health education in universities.
