摘 要:探究了可见近红外光谱分析技术在土壤总氮检测中的应用方法,并对照常规化学分析法验证其应用效果。在采集土壤样品后,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪处理样品并采集光谱数据,同时使用数据增强算法对光谱数据进行降噪处理。在Matlab软件中构建了基于人工神经网络的光谱模型,将样本数据输入到模型中,输出结果即为预测值。将预测值与化学分析所得的真实值进行对比,计算均方根误差,结果为74.2 mg/kg,误差值较小,说明可见近红外光谱分析技术能够较为准确地检测土壤总氮含量。This paper explores the application method of visible near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology in soil total nitrogen detection,and verifies its application effect by comparing it with conventional chemical analysis methods.After collecting soil samples,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is used to process the samples and collect spectral data,while data augmentation algorithm is used to denoise the spectral data.A spectral model based on artificial neural network was constructed in Matlab software.The sample data was input into the model,and the output result was the predicted value.Comparing the predicted values with the actual values obtained from chemical analysis,the root mean square error was calculated,and the result was 74.2mg/kg.The error value was small,indicating that visible near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology can accurately detect soil total nitrogen content.
