摘 要:以挖掘区域、挖掘点和挖掘方式作为研究对象,依据逆运动学原理计算每个挖掘点相应挖掘姿态,再依据挖掘方式所对应的限制不等式组求解理论挖掘力,进而获取全工作域挖掘点的理论挖掘力及其限制因素,并绘制工作域图谱。以3种吨位相近不同机型的反铲液压挖掘机为例,运用该方法研究其在不同挖掘方式下的理论挖掘力及其限制因素的分布规律。结果显示:基于工作域图谱分析法所得到的挖掘力和限制因素图谱,精准地展现了挖掘力及其限制因素的区域性分布特征。此研究结果能为挖掘机性能分析评价相关研究提供理论依据。Taking the digging area,points and methods as the research objects,calculate the corresponding digging postures of each digging point according to the inverse kinematics principle.Then,solve the theoretical digging force according to the constraint inequality group corresponding to the digging method,and then obtain the theoretical digging force and its constraint factors of the digging points in the whole working area,and draw the working area atlas.Take the backhoe hydraulic excavators of three different models with similar tonnages as examples,this method is used to study the distribution law of the theoretical digging force and its constraint factors under different digging methods.The results show that the digging force and constraint factor atlases obtained based on the working area atlas analysis method accurately show the regional distribution characteristics of the digging force and its constraint factors.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the research related to the performance analysis and evaluation of excavators.
