摘　　要：主要介绍中国石化塔河炼化公司167.5×10^(4) t/a汽柴油加氢精制装置应对市场需求,通过调整原料配比降低柴油牌号,试生产出-35#低凝柴油。正常生产0#柴油期间其原料主要为焦化柴油、焦化直馏柴油、焦化汽油,通过对原料比例调整、引进焦化常一线柴油、降低常二线比例以及调整各参数,成功生产出低凝柴油。详细介绍了方案调整过程、产品参数变化过程、面对瓶颈以及下一步解决方案。为进一步装置改建、连续生产低凝柴油、提高产品附加值提供数据支撑。The article primarily introduces how the Tahe Refining and Chemical Company of Sinopec,in response to market demands,adjusted the feedstock ratio to reduce diesel grades and successfully conducted trial production of low-pour diesel fuel(-35#).During regular production of 0#diesel,the primary feedstocks were coker diesel,straight-run diesel from coking,and coker naphtha.By adjusting the proportions of these feedstocks,introducing straight-run diesel from the first run of the coker crude topping unit,reducing the proportion from the second run,and modifying various parameters,they succeeded in producing low-pour diesel.The article details the process of adjusting the plan,the changes in product parameters,the bottlenecks encountered,and proposed solutions for the next steps.This provides data support for further facility modifications,continuous production of low-pour diesel,and enhancing product value-added.
