摘　　要：下文以实际工程为背景,探究了连续特大刚构桥造桥机安拆及其施工工艺。造桥机的拼装过程包括地面预拼装、梁面拼装、吊装、最终拼装和现场调试;连续刚构造桥机拆除流程主要包括:拆除内模系统及内导梁、底篮系统吊点转换、拆除前上横梁、行走系统切换、后退至可整体下放节段、安装下放锚杆、拆除C型挂腿及整体下放和地面拆除。造桥机的主要施工工艺包括预压、浇筑、走行。In the following paper,the installation and dismantling of the continuous super-large rigid bridge building machine and its construction technology are explored in the background of actual engineering.The assembly process of the bridge building machine includes ground pre-assembly,beam surface assembly,hoisting,final assembly and on-site commissioning;The dismantling process of the continuous rigid structure bridge crane mainly includes:dismantling the inner mold system and the inner guide beam,the bottom basket system lifting point conversion,the removal of the front upper beam,the switching of the walking system,the retreat to the section that can be lowered as a whole,the installation of the lower anchor rod,the removal of the C-shaped hanging leg and the overall decentralization and ground demolition.The main construction process of the bridge building machine includes preloading,pouring and walking.
