中国共同富裕的测度、时空演进及收敛性研究

摘　　要：扎实推动共同富裕是以中国式现代化推动中华民族伟大复兴不可或缺的关键一环。文章从机会、能力、结果三个层面阐释共同富裕的理论内涵,构建共同富裕指标体系,进而采用熵值法测度中国2001—2021年30个省份的共同富裕指数并进行分析比较。研究发现:考察期内中国共同富裕迈出坚实步伐,共同富裕总体指数及其三个维度指数均稳步提升,且呈现出东部、东北、中部、西部地区依次递减的空间非均衡状态;共同富裕具有路径依赖特征,经济总量越大、经济越发达、城镇化水平越高的省份,共同富裕水平也越高;共同富裕的区域内差异和区域间差异在考察期内均有所缩小,且区域间差异是共同富裕区域差异的主要来源;共同富裕表现出明显的σ收敛和β收敛特征,但各区域收敛速度有所不同;共同富裕具有明显的空间正自相关特征。文章为共同富裕的理论和政策研究提供了最新经验证据。The solid promotion of common prosperity is an indispensable component in promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.This study explains the theoretical connotation of common prosperity from the three dimensions of opportunity,capability and outcome,constructs a common prosperity index system,and measures the common prosperity index of 30 provinces from 2001 to 2021 by using the entropy method,and then analyzes and compares them.The results show that:China’s common prosperity has taken a solid step forward during the period under investigation,with the overall index of common prosperity and its threedimension index all steadily increasing,and showing a spatial imbalance of decreasing sequentially in the eastern,northeastern,central,and western regions;China’s common prosperity has the characteristic of path dependence——the larger the economic aggregate,the more developed the economy,and the higher the urbanization level of the provinces,the higher the level of the common prosperity;both intra-regional and inter-regional differences in common prosperity have narrowed during the period under investigation,and inter-regional differences are the main source of regional differences in common prosperity;common prosperity shows obviousσ-convergence andβ-convergence characteristics,but the convergence speed varies from region to region;common prosperity has obvious spatial positive autocorrelation characteristics.This study provides the latest empirical evidence for the theory and policy research on common prosperity.
