摘　　要：加快推动高技术产业领域科技成果转化是发展新质生产力的必然要求。文章以我国高技术产业领域规模以上企业为样本研究企业科技成果转化的影响因素,研究发现,市场化水平提升可有效促进企业科技成果转化,其影响主要通过积累R&D人员和促进技术引进实现。国有产权属性对企业科技成果转化具有抑制作用,其影响主要通过改变R&D人员结构和阻碍技术改造进程实现。另外,在不同盈利能力和不同产学研合作情况的企业样本中,市场化水平和产权性质对企业科技成果转化的影响存在显著差别。文章实证结果对化解我国科技成果转化难题具有重要的政策借鉴意义。Accelerating the advancement of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in hightech industries is a necessary requirement for developing the new-quality productivity.This paper takes enterprises above designated size in high-tech industries in China as a sample to study the influencing factors of scientific and technological achievement transformation.The study has found that the improvement of marketization level can effectively promote the transformation of enterprises’scientific and technological achievements,and its impact is mainly achieved through the accumulation of R&D personnel and the promotion of technology introduction.The attribute of state-owned property rights has a restraining effect on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises,mainly through changing the structure of R&D personnel and hindering the process of technological transformation.In addition,there are significant differences in the impact of marketization level and property rights on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements among enterprise samples with different profitability and industry-university-research cooperation situations.The empirical results of this paper have important policy implications for solving the problem of transforming scientific and technological achievements in China.
