摘  要:Netrin-1作为一种轴突导向蛋白,在神经发育过程中指导轴突的生长和突触发生。近年来,国内外研究表明Netrin-1在周围神经再生过程中发挥重要作用。神经损伤后,Netrin-1主要在施万细胞中表达,通过与不同的受体结合促进施万细胞增殖迁移,恢复血-神经屏障和髓鞘屏障的功能,保护周围神经,促进神经再生。Netrin-1可能是调节受损周围神经轴突生长的重要因素。本文综述Netrin-1与不同受体结合在周围神经损伤后再生过程中的作用及临床治疗的可行性和机制。As an axon guidance protein,Netrin-1 guides the growth of axons and synaptic development during neural development.In recent years,domestic and foreign studies have shown that Netrin-1 plays an important role in the process of peripheral nerve regeneration.After nerve injury,Netrin-1 is mainly expressed in Schwann cells,promoting Schwann cell proliferation and migration by binding to different receptors,restoring function of blood-nerve barrier and myelin sheath barrier,protecting peripheral nerves,and promoting nerve regeneration.Netrin-1 may be an important factor in regulating growth of damaged peripheral nerve axons.This article reviews the role of Netrin-1 binding to different receptors in the regeneration process after peripheral nerve injury,as well as feasibility and mechanism of clinical treatment.
