摘　　要：肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁患者的生命健康。极光激酶A(AURKA)在细胞分裂周期中起调控作用,其异常表达与癌症的侵袭性和不良预后相关。近年来,研究表明AURKA在肝细胞癌中发挥重要作用。失调的AURKA通过诱导上皮-间充质转化、抑制凋亡和调节多种信号通路的方式参与癌细胞的发生、发展、转移及耐药等过程。通过对AURKA在肝细胞癌中作用机制的探究,有利于早期诊断和提高疗效。本文对AURKA在肝细胞癌中作用的研究现状和生物学意义进行综述。Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,which seriously threatens life and health of patients.Aurora kinase A(AURKA)plays a regulatory role in cell division cycle,its abnormal expression is associated with cancer aggressiveness and poor prognosis.In recent years,studies have shown that AURKA plays an important role in hepatocellular carcinoma.Dysregulated AURKA is involved in occurrence,development,metastasis,and drug resistance of cancer cells by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,inhibiting apoptosis,and regulating various signaling pathways.The exploration of the mechanism of AURKA in hepatocellular carcinoma is conducive to early diagnosis and improvement of therapeutic effect.This article reviews research status and biological significance of the role of AURKA in hepatocellular carcinoma.
