摘　　要：目的探讨双侧重复经颅磁刺激结合作业疗法对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2023年11月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的64例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),对照组采用作业疗法,观察组采用作业治疗联合双侧重复经颅磁刺激,两组均持续治疗4周。比较两组患者的运动功能能力和日常生活活动能力情况。结果治疗后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer上肢运动评定量表(FMA-UE)评分、Wolf运动功能测试量表(WMFT)评分,以及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双侧重复经颅磁刺激联合作业疗法在改善脑卒中患者上肢运动功能及常生活活动能力方面优于单独作业疗法,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of bilateral repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with occupational therapy on upper limb motor function in patients with stroke.Methods A total of 64 stroke patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with occupational therapy,and the observation group was treated with occupational therapy combined with bilateral repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The motor function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity(FMA-UE),Wolf motor function test(WMFT),and modified Barthel index(MBI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilateral repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with occupational therapy is superior to single occupational therapy in improving upper limb motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
