摘　　要：目的探讨不同留针时间在疏肝调神针法治疗抑郁性失眠患者中的效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年6月思南县人民医院收治的60例抑郁性失眠患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为留针30 min组(30例)与留针60 min组(30例),两组均行疏肝调神针法治疗。比较两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自测量表(SDS)评分。结果留针60 min组治疗第5次后、治疗结束时、治疗后1个月的PSQI评分、HAMD评分、SDS评分均低于留针30 min组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对抑郁性失眠患者治疗时,疏肝调神针法联合穴位埋针法可提升患者睡眠质量,缓解负性情绪,治疗期间留针60 min患者睡眠质量更好,具有持续增效作用,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the effect of different needle retention time in the treatment of depressive insomnia patients with the Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture method.Methods Sixty patients with depressive insomnia admitted to Sinan County People's Hospital from April 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a 30 min needle retention group(30 cases)and a 60 min needle retention group(30 cases)according to a random number table method.Both groups were treated with Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture.The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Results After the fifth treatment,at the end of treatment and one month after treatment,the scores of PSQI,HAMD,SDS in the 60 min needle retention group were lower than those in the 30 min needle retention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with depressive insomnia,the acupuncture method and the acupuncture method can improve the sleep quality of patients and relieve the negative mood.During the treatment,the sleep quality of patients with 60 min injection is better,with continuous efficiency effect and high clinical application value.
