从“时立气布”管窥六经欲解时与开阖枢的深层建构

摘　　要：仲景六经辨证一脉相承了肇自《黄帝内经》“时立气布”的时空诊疗思想,并经由六经欲解时与六经开阖枢的引申与发挥,明确了疾病演变在时间轴向与空间位向的多维机动态势,凸显了时机辨证与气机辨证的临床意义。“时立气布”具有时间流动与空间结构的双重含义,是解构六经辨证体系中欲解时与开阖枢的关键着眼点。从“时立气布”的角度追根溯源有益于甄别少阴枢与厥阴枢,犀烛开阖枢与关阖枢,阐明欲解时与病机演变的深层关联,拓宽仲景医学的研究思路。The Zhongjing Six Classics syndrome differentiation inherits the spatiotemporal diagnosis and treatment concept of“timing and qi distribution”from the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,and through the extension and development of the Six Classicsdesire to resolve time and the opening and closing pivot of the Six Classics,clarifies the multi-dimensional dynamic trend of disease evolution in the temporal and spatial directions,highlighting the clinical significance of timing syndrome differentiation and qi mechanism syndrome differentiation.“Shi Li Qi Bu”has a dual meaning of time flow and spatial structure,and is a key focus in deconstructing the six meridians syndrome differentiation system in order to solve the relationship between time and opening and closing pivot.Tracing back to the origin from the perspective of“timing and qi distribution”is beneficial for distinguishing the Shaoyin axis from the Jueyin axis,the Xizhu opening and closing axis from the Guanhe axis,elucidating the deep correlation between the desire to understand timing and the evolution of the disease mechanism,and expanding the research ideas of Zhongjing medicine.
