新型双排盘配流式径向柱塞泵设计及流场分析

摘  要:传统径向柱塞泵存在着结构复杂、径向受力不平衡等问题。为此,基于盘配流方式提出了一种新型双排盘配流式径向柱塞泵模型,并对其进行了运动学仿真及内部流场数值研究。首先,建立了双排盘配流式径向柱塞泵三维模型,根据工作原理绘制了其运动简图,对其进行了运动学分析;然后,基于AMESim软件建立了双排盘配流式径向柱塞泵的一维仿真模型,对仿真结果与运动学分析进行了对比及相互验证;其次,对新型泵的流体域进行了数值模拟,得到了新型泵内部流场的压力云图、速度云图和瞬时流量曲线;最后,对不同的偏心距、柱塞直径及排角下的瞬时流量进行了仿真模拟。研究结果表明:新型双排盘配流式径向柱塞泵内部压力分布均匀,主要压力突变发生在配流盘的吸排油口交界处,最大压力值为20.63 MPa,一个周期内流体速度主要变化区域在进出油口通道处,最大速度为172.24 m/s;同时,该泵的流量脉动率为3.90%;随着偏心距和柱塞直径的增加,瞬时流量数值也在增加,但脉动率保持不变。该新型泵的设计丰富了液压容积泵的泵型,相关流场分析也为后续的研究提供了参考价值。The traditional radial piston pump has the problems of complex structure and unbalanced radial force.So a new model of double-row disc radial piston pump was proposed based on the disc distribution method,and the kinematic simulation and internal flow field numerical study were carried out.Firstly,a three-dimensional model was established,a motion diagram was drawn based on the working principle,and kinematic analysis was conducted.Secondly,a one-dimensional simulation model of a new pump was established based on AMESim software,comparison and mutual verification were conducted between simulation results and kinematic analysis.Then,the fluid domain of the new pump was numerically simulated,and the pressure contours,velocity contours and instantaneous flow curves for the internal flow field of the new pump were obtained.Finally,the instantaneous flow rates under different eccentricities,plunger diameters and row angles were simulated.The research results show that the internal pressure distribution of the new double-disc radial piston pump is uniform,and the main pressure mutation occurs at the junction of the suction and discharge port of the distribution plate,and the maximum pressure value is 20.63 MPa,the main change area of fluid velocity in a cycle is at the inlet and outlet channels,and the maximum speed is 172.24 m/s.At the same time,the flow pulsation rate of the pump is 3.90%.With the increase of eccentricity and plunger diameter,the instantaneous flow value also increases but the pulsation rate remains the same,the design of the new pump enriches the pump type of hydraulic displacement pump,and the flow field analysis provides a certain reference for subsequent research.
