摘　　要：在绿色转型发展背景下,企业环境信息披露是企业高质量发展的综合性指标。以2011—2022年A股上市公司为研究对象,构建模型检验企业环境信息披露对商业信用融资的影响。回归结果表明,企业环境信息披露能提升商业信用融资规模。进一步研究发现,企业环境信息披露能通过缓解信息不对称和增加分析师关注两个机制提升商业信用融资。异质性检验发现:企业污染异质性、市场化程度和企业数字化转型会影响企业环境信息披露对商业信用的提升作用。In the context of green transformation,corporate environmental information disclosure is a comprehensive indicator for evaluating high-quality development of enterprises.This paper makes a study on A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022.In the study,a model is constructed to test the impact of corporate environmental information disclosure on commercial credit financing.The regression results show that enterprise environmental information disclosure can improve the scale of commercial credit financing.Further research findings show that corporate environmental information disclosure can improve the scale of commercial credit fi nancing by alleviating information asymmetry and increasing analyst attention.The heterogeneity test reveals that the heterogeneity of enterprise pollution,the degree of marketization and the digital transformation of enterprises aff ect sthe promotion eff ect of enterprise environmental information disclosure on commercial credit.
