摘  要:“慕课”是现代信息技术与教育深度融合的产物,为高校思政课程教学改革带来新的契机。对高校思政课程教学改革外部所面临的政治、经济、社会、科技因素,内部所具有的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行深入分析,构建PEST-SWOT分析模型,从政治优势等十六个维度对高校思政课程教学改革进行更全面、更深入的研究,并从完善制度体系、创新教学观念、革新教学方式三个方面探究“慕课”背景下高校思政课程教学改革实践路径,以期为高校思政课程教学改革提供有益的参考。“MOOCs”are viewed as the product in the deep integration of modern information technology with education,which brings new opportunities for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the external political,economic,social,and scientifi c and technological factors faced by the teaching reform of college ideological and political courses,as well as the intrinsic advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges,and conducts a more comprehensive and in-depth study on the teaching reform from 16 dimensions such as political advantages by constructing a PEST-SWOT analysis model,and explores the practical paths of the teaching reform under the background of“MOOCs”from three aspects:improving the institutional system,innovating teaching concepts,and innovating teaching methods,hoping to provide a useful reference for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
