异质同构、同质异构与杂质解构:“双一流”高校文化建设研究

摘  要:“双一流”高校文化建设存在诸多阻碍要素,亟需进行异质同构、同质异构和杂质解构。“双一流”高校文化建设过程中,异质同构聚焦文化传承勿忘创新、学术传承多源并重、骨干培养双轮驱动、团队建设力戒空心、国际交流严守底线等;同质异构关注工农属性相得益彰、校院文化分类赋能、政产学研协同育人、社会服务贡献为要、校友聚力各显神通等;杂质解构涵盖遏制形式主义文山会海、严控过度竞争人脉内卷、整顿八股文风创意缺失、谨防网络阵地缺位失语等。文化建设的异质同构、同质异构与杂质解构,可助力“双一流”高校实现可持续的高质量发展目标。The findings reveal the following: First, heterogeneous isomorphism emphasizes cultural inheritance through innovation, diverse academic lineage, a dual-driven talent development mechanism, robust team building, and adherence to international standards. Second, homogeneous isomerism focuses on synergizing industrial and agricultural attributes, empowering university and affiliated college cultures, fostering collaboration among government, industry, academia, and research sectors, enhancing social contributions, and leveraging the alumni network′s versatility. Third, impurity deconstruction tackles issues such as excessive paperwork and meetings, relational involution due to competition, conformism in academic writing, and inadequate engagement in digital spaces. By implementing these strategies, "Double First-Class" universities can achieve sustainable, high-quality development.
