摘  要:在教育、科技和人才一体推进的背景下,探索交叉创新型高管的学术背景成为热点话题。基于高层梯队理论和资源基础理论,以2009—2021年创业板上市公司为研究样本,实证检验了高管的跨学科知识背景对企业可持续成长的影响以及其作用机制。结果表明:高管的学科知识背景对企业可持续成长的影响呈现“跨学科背景>理工科背景>商科背景>人文背景”特征,无论是在高管团队还是CEO(包含首席执行官、总经理)数据中均成立。拓展研究发现:高管的跨学科知识背景通过企业技术创新和商业模式创新促进企业可持续成长,高管的海外求学背景强化了跨学科知识背景对企业可持续成长的影响,也强化了技术创新和商业模式创新的中介作用。据此,企业应重视选拔和培养具有跨学科知识背景和海外教育背景的高管,通过促进技术创新和商业模式创新实现企业可持续成长。In the context of integrated advancement in education,science and technology,and talent development,exploring the academic backgrounds of cross-innovation-oriented executives has become a hot topic.Based on upper echelons theory and resource-based view,this study empirically examines the impact of executives'interdisciplinary knowledge background on sustainable growth of enterprises and its mechanism using listed companies on the growth enterprise market(GEM)from 2009 to 2021 as research samples.The results indicate that the influence of executives'disciplinary knowledge background on sustainable growth of enterprises exhibits a characteristic order of interdisciplinary background>science and engineering background>business background>humanities background,which holds true in both top management team and CEO(including chief executive officer and general manager)data.Further research reveals that executives'interdisciplinary knowledge background promote sustainable growth of enterprises through technological innovation and business model innovation,while their overseas education backgrounds strengthen the impact of interdisciplinary knowledge background on sustainable growth of enterprises and enhance the mediating role of technological innovation and business model innovation.Based on this,enterprises should prioritize selecting and nurturing executives with interdisciplinary knowledge and overseas educational backgrounds,and achieve sustainable growth by promoting technological innovation and business model innovation.
