合作网络与知识整合水平对智库机构影响力的作用机制

摘　　要：智库影响力能够体现其建设水平和成果质量,对于智库有效开展决策咨询具有重要意义。近年来,随着国家战略导向和知识融合创新需求的增长,智库的合作交流活动愈加频繁,合作网络和知识整合在智库发挥学术知识传播和社会舆论引导功能方面的重要性日益凸显。基于文献计量和社会网络分析方法,探究智库的知识整合、合作网络对其学术与社会影响力的作用机制。实证结果表明:中国学术型智库呈现出合作交流密切化趋势,合作广度显著影响其社会影响力并对其学术影响力产生倒“U”型影响,知识整合水平则正向影响智库学术影响力,而学术影响力和社会影响力之间存在竞争机制。由此建议智库机构应当有选择性地开展交流合作、积极推进跨学科研究、合理配置资源以避免学术影响力与社会影响力的相互制约,从而实现智库的高质量发展。The influence of think tanks reflects their development level and output quality,which is crucial for providing effective policy consultation.In recent years,with the growth of national strategic orientation and demand for knowledge integration innovation,think tanks'collaborative activities have become increasingly frequent,and the importance of collaborative networks and knowledge integration has become more prominent in think tanks'roles of academic knowledge dissemination and social opinion guidance.Based on bibliometric and social network analysis methods,this paper explores the mechanisms of how knowledge integration and collaborative networks affect think tanks'academic and social influence.Empirical results show that Chinese academic think tanks demonstrate an increasing trend in collaborative exchanges,with collaboration breadth significantly affecting their social influence while having an inverted U-shaped effect on their academic influence,and the level of knowledge integration positively affects think tanks'academic influence.Meanwhile,the study finds a competitive mechanism between academic influence and social influence.Therefore,it is suggested that think tank institutions should selectively engage in exchanges and cooperation,actively promote interdisciplinary research,and rationally allocate resources to avoid mutual constraints between academic and social influence,thereby achieving high-quality development of think tanks.
