摘　　要：在人类历史进程中,生产力始终扮演着最为活跃且至关重要的角色,生产力理论也是迫切需要不断发展创新的理论。习近平总书记2023年9月在黑龙江视察时,就新一轮科技革命、产业转型和社会生产力跨越式发展,提出了“新质生产力”的重要概念,为我国社会生产力在未来阶段的发展路径提供了明确指引。基于唯物史观,马克思主义生产力理论在人类历史上首次对生产力概念进行了科学界定,而新质生产力则是中国共产党在新的时代背景下,对马克思主义生产力理论的发展与丰富。新质生产力概念继承并创新了马克思主义生产力理论,其核心更在于适应新时代背景下高质量发展的需求,彰显先进生产力的最新发展动向与形态。In the course of history,productivity has always played the most active and crucial role,and the theory of productivity is also an urgent need of continuous development and innovation.During his inspection visit to Heilongjiang province in September 2023,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward an important view on“new quality productive forces”on the new round of scientific and technological revolution,industrial transformation and leap-forward development of social productive forces,providing clear guidance for the development path of China's social productive forces in the future stage.Based on historical materialism,the Marxist theory of productive forces scientifically defines the concept of productive forces for the first time in human history,while the theory of new quality productive forces is the development and enrichment of the Marxist theory of productive forces by the Communist Party of China under the background of the new era.The concept of new quality productive forces inherits and innovates the Marxist theory of productive forces,and its core is to adapt to the needs of high-quality development under the background of the new era,highlighting the latest development trend and form of advanced productive forces.
