摘  要:目的本研究采用多学科专家团队(MDT)联合案例学习(CBL)的教学方法,与传统教学法对本科医学生在肺癌疾病临床教学中的效果进行深入探讨。方法选择2023年1月至2024年4月在山东第二医科大学附属医院胸外科实习的本科医学生96名,采用随机数表法分为试验组与对照组,每组各48名。试验组采用MDT联合CBL两种教学方法,对照组单独采用传统教学法。实习结束后,对两组本科生进行基础理论、临床技能考核,并对两组实习生进行满意度、学习主动性、临床思维能力评价。结果试验组基础理论测试考核得分和临床技能考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在满意度及学习主动性、临床思维能力评价结果方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究发现MDT联合CBL在提高学生理解和应用肺癌知识方面具有显著优势,为本科医学生教学提供了新的策略和方法,具有较高的实践价值和理论意义。Objective To adopt the teaching method of multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with case study based learning(CBL),and investigate the effectiveness of undergraduate medical students in clinical teaching of lung cancer disease in depth,so as to compare it with traditional teaching methods.Methods A total of 96 undergraduate medical students who interned in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=48)and the control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with MDT combined with CBL as two teaching methods,while the control group was treated with conventional teaching methods alone.After the internship,two groups of undergraduate students were assessed for their basic theories and clinical skills,and their satisfaction,learning initiative,and clinical thinking ability were evaluated.Results The scores of the basic theoretical test and clinical skills assessment in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The experimental group showed superior satisfaction,learning initiative,clinical thinking ability and evaluation results than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion This research found that MDT combined with CBL has significant advantages in improving students’understanding and application of lung cancer knowledge.This research provides new strategies and methods for teaching undergraduate medical students,with relatively high practical value and the oretical significance.
