摘　　要：目的观察参地术补虚颗粒(医院经验方)辅治气血亏虚型中晚期肺癌伴癌痛患者的疗效。方法选取2021年1—12月马鞍山市中医院收治的气血亏虚型中晚期肺癌伴癌痛患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组按“三阶梯止痛”原则采用西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用参地术补虚颗粒治疗,2组均治疗7 d。比较2组治疗前后癌性疼痛程度情况、数字分级评分法(NRS)、卡诺夫斯凯计分(KPS)评分,不良反应。结果治疗7 d后,2组癌性疼痛程度减轻(P<0.01),且试验组优于对照组(U=2.380,P=0.017);2组NRS评分较治疗前下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组KPS评分较治疗前升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(3.33%vs.13.33%,χ^(2)=0.873,P=0.350)。结论参地术补虚颗粒辅治气血亏虚型中晚期肺癌伴癌痛患者的镇痛效果明显,可有效提高患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应,安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy of Shen Di Zhu Buxu granules in alleviating cancer pain in patients with qi and blood deficiency of advanced lung cancer.Methods Sixty patients in alleviating cancer pain with qi and blood deficiency of advanced lung cancer admitted to Ma'anshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicines according to the principle of"three-step analgesic"principle,and the experimental group was combined with Shen Di Zhu Buxu granules on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 7 days.Cancer pain level,NRS score,KPS score before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the level of cancer pain in the two groups were reduced(P<0.01),the experimental group was better than that in the control group(U=2.380,P=0.017).NRS scores of two groups were lawer than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).KPS scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(3.33%vs.13.33%,χ^(2)=0.873,P=0.350).Conclusion Shen Di Zhu Buxu granules combined with western medicine in alleviating cancer pain in patients with qi and blood deficiency of advanced lung cancer has ideal analgesic effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients and has no obvious adverse effects,and the safety is high.
