摘 要:目的 探究重复低强度红光照射对近视儿童的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年7月于乐山市人民医院视光门诊就诊的7~14岁的近视患儿70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组配戴单焦框架镜,观察组在对照组基础上每日接受2次红光照射,共治疗6个月。比较2组裸眼视力、眼轴长度、屈光度、脉络膜厚度、中央前房深度、角膜曲率和角膜厚度。结果 治疗后,2组的裸眼视力较治疗前明显提高,且观察组明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眼轴长度较治疗前明显缩短,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的屈光度较治疗前明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的脉络膜厚度较治疗前明显增加,且观察组较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 重复低强度红光照射能显著提高裸眼视力,延缓眼轴增长,减少屈光度,增加脉络膜厚度,从而改善视力,因此具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of repeated low-intensity red light irradiation on myopic children.Methods 70 myopia children,aged 7-14 years,who visited the optometry clinic of Leshan People's Hospital from October 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group wore single focus frame glasses,and the observation group received red light irradiation twice a day on the basis of the control group for a total of 6 months.The naked visual acuity,axial length,diopter,choroid thickness,central anterior chamber depth,corneal curvature,and corneal thickness were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the naked visual acuity of both groups improved significantly compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the axial length of the observation group was significantly shortened compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the refractive error of the observation group increased significantly compared to before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the choroidal thickness of the observation group increased significantly compared to before treatment,and the observation group increased significantly compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Repeated low-intensity red light irradiation can significantly improve the naked eye visual acuity,delay the growth of the eye axis,reduce the diopter,increase the thickness of the choroid,and thus improve visual acuity,so it has a good clinical application value.
