International Insights,Realistic Challenges,and the Chinese Path for High-Quality Development of Doctoral Professional Degree Education in Physical Education

摘  要:体育博士专业学位的设置既是我国体育类研究生教育体系完善的标志,也是现阶段我国体育专业人才培养的时代诉求。本研究运用文献资料、比较研究、逻辑分析等方法,通过对中外博士专业学位教育发展历程、自身特点与现存问题的分析,探讨了新时期我国体育博士专业学位教育可能面临的规模扩张下的质量粗放化、专业领域设置失准下的培养同质化、重科研轻实践下的专博学术化、单一导师主导下的协同形式化、理论创新导向下的应用孱弱化等多重挑战。针对以上挑战,提出从质量优先与分类发展并重的自主知识体系构建;服务经济社会高质量发展导向的专业领域设置;创新驱动与素养提升并进的专业实践背景评价;完善产学研一体化面向的“双师”协同育人机制;优化面向国家战略需求的知识生产与转移模式等五个层面推动我国体育博士专业学位教育的高质量发展。The establishment of a doctoral professional degree in physical education marks the improvement of China’s graduate education system in PE and meets the current demands for cultivating sports professionals.This study employs literature review,comparative research,and logical analysis methods to analyze the development history,characteristics,and existing problems of doctoral professional degree education in China and abroad.It explores multiple challenges that China’s doctoral professional degree education in PE may face in a new era,including quality dilution due to scale expansion,homogenization of training due to inaccurate professional field settings,academicization of professional degrees due to an emphasis on research over practice,formalization of collaboration under single mentor dominance,and weakened application under theoretical innovation orientation.In response to these challenges,the study proposes five strategies to promote the high-quality development of China’s doctoral professional degree education in PE:constructing an independent knowledge system that prioritizes quality and balanced development;setting professional fields oriented towards high-quality economic and social development;evaluating professional practice backgrounds with a focus on innovation and quality enhancement;improving the"dual-teacher"collaborative education mechanism aimed at integrating industry,academia,and research;and optimizing the knowledge production and transfer model to meet national strategic needs.
