摘 要:数智时代的技术变革推动了教育领域的深刻转型,对地方体育院校学生的自我管理提出了更高要求。然而,当前学生在认知模糊、规划不足、行动力薄弱及评价机制缺失等方面存在明显短板。基于此,本文从管理视角分析了地方体育院校学生自我管理的现实困境,提出五个优化策略:个性化发展路径设计、学训结合的系统化管理、行动反馈的技术闭环强化、数据驱动的反思与评估体系以及校内协同与家校联动的支持网络。通过构建多维协同支持网络,可有效提升地方体育院校学生的学训平衡与全面发展,为体育教育管理模式提供了新路径。The technological transformations of the intelligent digital era have significantly reshaped the education field,and put forward higher requirements for students’self-management abilities in local sports colleges.However,challenges persist in many aspects such as unclear self-recognition,insufficient planning,weak action execution,and the lack of effective evaluation mechanisms.This study analyzes the practical dilemma of student self-management and proposes five optimization strategies:personalized development pathways,systematic integration of academic and training management,technical closed-loop reinforcement of action feedback,data-driven and evaluation systems,and multi-dimensional collaborative support networks.These approaches effectively improve the balance between academics and training,fostering students’holistic development while offering innovative pathways for sports education management.
