摘  要:碳化造粒是实现淤泥质废弃土多样化利用的有效手段。文中利用自主研制的淤泥质土碳化造粒碳化反应釜,实现了碳化造粒时温度、湿度、CO_(2)浓度等因素的自主控制。利用此反应釜,系统研究了淤泥质土粒化养护条件,包括温度、湿度和时间等对颗粒强度的影响,揭示了养护条件对淤泥质土碳化造粒强度的影响机理。研究成果可为利用工业废弃热尾气进行淤泥质渣土碳化粒化提供技术参考与借鉴。Carbonation granulation is an effective approach to achieving diversified utilization of silty waste soil.This study utilizes a self-developed carbonation reactor for silty soil granulation,enabling independent control of factors such as temperature,humidity,and CO_(2) concentration during the carbonation granulation process.Using this reactor,the study systematically examined the curing conditions for granulated silty soil,including temperature,humidity,and curing duration,to analyze their effects on particle strength.The findings reveal the mechanisms by which curing conditions influence the strength of carbonated granulated silty soil.These results provide a technical reference for employing industrial waste heat and tail gas for the carbonation granulation of silty waste soil.
