摘　　要：随着时代的进步,“喝酒不开车,开车不喝酒”的理念已经深入人心,我国社会治安管理的完善,重大的刑事案件已经较之以往少了很多,而更多的犯罪类型都集中在了一些社会危害相对较小的犯罪,而以醉酒所引发的危险驾驶罪最为典型。醉酒驾驶的特点为案发率高,很多案件危害并没有那么大,却给行为人打上犯罪的烙印,对犯罪行为人伤害较大,并且也会由于犯罪导致行为人有前科从而株连到其无辜的亲属。应加强公共安全教育措施,预防醉驾行为的发生,提升交通安全的整体水平,在轻罪化治理中得以完善,使得醉酒驾驶入刑真正实现其价值目的。With the progress of the times,the concept of"don't drink and drive,don't drive after drinking"has become deeply ingrained.The improvement of social security management in China has significantly reduced major criminal cases,with more crimes now concentrated on those with relatively minor social harm.Among these,drunk driving as a dangerous driving offense is the most typical.The characteristics of drunk driving include a high incidence rate,which leads to a waste of judicial resources.Many cases,though not highly harmful,still label the perpetrators as criminals,causing significant harm to them.Additionally,having a criminal record can adversely affect the innocent relatives of the perpetrators.By studying the characteristics and patterns of drunk driving behavior,this article proposes measures to strengthen public safety education,prevent drunk driving,and improve overall traffic safety.It aims to refine the governance of minor crimes,ensuring that the criminalization of drunk driving truly achieves its intended value and purpose.
