高校党建与思想政治教育协同育人工作途径探索

摘　　要：面对社会转型和价值观念多元化的挑战,高校需充分发挥党建的引领作用,致力于思想政治教育的革新与发展,以此奠定理论基石并给予实践引领,培育符合新时代要求的人才。高校党建与思政教育协同育人一方面有助于深化对高校党建与思政教育内在联系的理解,促进二者有机融合,提升育人工作的整体效能,另一方面通过理论探索与实践创新,为高校提供科学、可行的协同育人路径,增强立德树人的针对性和实效性,有助于培养具备坚定理想信念、高尚品德和全面素质的社会主义建设者和接班人,这对于推动高校内涵式发展、提升教育质量以及构建良好的校园文化氛围具有重要的现实意义。Facing the challenges of social transformation and the diversification of values,universities need to fully leverage the leading role of Party building and commit to the innovation and development of ideological and political education.This will lay a theoretical foundation and provide practical guidance,cultivating talents that meet the requirements of the new era.Collaborative efforts between university Party building and ideological and political education,on one hand,help deepen the understanding of the intrinsic connection between the two,promoting their organic integration and enhancing the overall effectiveness of educational work.On the other hand,through theoretical exploration and practical innovation,it provides universities with scientific and feasible collaborative educational paths,strengthening the relevance and effectiveness of moral education.This approach helps cultivate builders and successors of socialism with firm ideals and convictions,noble moral character,and comprehensive qualities.It holds significant practical importance for promoting the connotative development of universities,improving educational quality,and building a positive campus cultural atmosphere.
