摘 要:为深入了解平凉红牛在养殖、贩运、屠宰、消费等环节由于经营方式不同而导致的经济效益差异,对平凉市内20个肉牛养殖场(户)、11个肉牛贩运户、5个肉牛屠宰企业进行了现场调查。结果表明,不同环节各类经营方式各有利弊,提出了推进差异化适度规模养殖、精准化推进肉牛屠宰企业发展、坚持高端定位等建议,以期推进平凉红牛产业的高质量发展。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the different economic benefits of different operating methods in Pingliang Red cattle breeding,trafficking,slaughtering,consumption,etc.,this study investigated 20 beef cattle farms(households),11 beef cattle trafficking households,and 5 beef cattle slaughtering enterprises in Pingliang City.The survey results showed that various business methods in different links had their own advantages and disadvantages.Suggestions were put forward to promote differentiated moderate-scale breeding,accurately promote the development of beef cattle slaughtering enterprises,and adhere to high-end positioning,in order to promote the high-quality development of Pingliang Red cattle industry.
