摘　　要：目的探讨新辅助免疫治疗联合化疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的安全性及疗效。方法将2023年1月-2023年12月在我院治疗的86例局部晚期NSCLC患者随机分为两组,对照组使用化疗,在此基础上,观察组联合新辅助免疫治疗,对比两组的近期疗效、不良反应、生活质量。结果观察组ORR、DCR均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、乏力、脱发、骨髓抑制、周围神经痛等不良反应发生率与对照组相当(P>0.05);观察组治疗3个月的EORTC QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新辅助免疫治疗联合化疗对局部晚期NSCLC的疗效显著,不良反应可控,整体安全性较高,有助于提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method 86 patients with locally advanced NSCLC treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received chemotherapy,while the observation group received neoadjuvant immunotherapy.The short-term efficacy,adverse reactions,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result The ORR and DCR of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,fatigue,hair loss,bone marrow suppression,and peripheral neuralgia in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(P>0.05);The EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the observation group after 3 months of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy has significant therapeutic effects on locally advanced NSCLC,controllable adverse reactions,high overall safety,and helps improve quality of life.
