黄河流域绿色财富测度、区域差异及收敛性研究

摘　　要：文章从生产性自然资本、绿色生产资本和人力资本三个维度构建绿色财富测度框架,运用预期收益折算法、永续盘存法、教育成本法估算黄河流域2000—2020年的绿色财富,并通过Dagum基尼系数及其分解法、核密度估计、收敛模型等方法分析其区域差异、动态演进及收敛特征。研究结果表明:(1)黄河流域绿色财富呈现稳步攀升态势,从2000年的3.849万亿元上升至2020年的37.061万亿元,其中,绿色生产资本和人力资本占比越来越大。(2)黄河流域绿色财富分布不均衡,流域总体存在差异但呈波动缩小趋势,区域间差异是总体差异的主要原因,中游地区内基尼系数呈波动上升趋势。(3)全流域及上、中、下游地区绿色财富均缺乏协调有序性,全流域核密度曲线呈现右移、主峰高度下降特征,上游地区呈现两极分化特征。(4)黄河流域部分区域存在σ收敛和条件β收敛。This paper constructs a green wealth measurement framework from the three dimensions of productive natural capital,green productive capital and human capital,then estimates the green wealth of the Yellow River Basin from 2000 to 2020 by using the expected return discounting method,the perpetual inventory method,and the education cost method,and finally analyzes the regional differences,dynamic evolution and convergence characteristics by the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,kernel density estimation and convergence model.The results are shown as the following:(1)The green wealth in the Yellow River Basin shows a steady increase from 3.849 trillion yuan in 2000 to 37.061 trillion yuan in 2020,of which the proportion of green production capital and human capital is increasing.(2)The distribution of green wealth in the Yellow River Basin is not balanced;there are differences in the basin as a whole but with a fluctuating downward trend.The inter-basin differences are the main reason for the overall differences,and the Gini coefficient in the middle reaches shows a fluctuating upward trend.(3)The green wealth in the whole basin and the upper,middle and lower reaches of the basin is lacking in coordination and order.The kernel density curve of the whole basin shows a rightwing shift and the height of the main peak decreases,while the upstream region shows a polarization.(4)σconvergence and conditionalβconvergence exist in some regions of the Yellow River Basin.
