摘　　要：当前,中国经济进入提质升级新阶段,中国经济的高质量发展亟须构建符合新质生产力发展规律的科技成果转化体制机制和学术创业体系,以加快科技成果产业化进程。为深入探讨科技成果转化和学术创业面临的现实困境,本文基于全球近40年发表的相关科技成果转化和学术创业文献、高校院所成果转化统计数据、成功案例进行分析研究,发现当前高校在科技成果转化过程中存在政策协同效应较低、实施链条存在堵点、资本市场缺乏助力等现实问题,提出建立涵盖全方位咨询服务的技术转移平台、支持专业化概念验证中心和中试平台建设、发挥耐心资本在创业生态系统中的引领作用等应对措施,以期为促进高质量科技成果转化为新质生产力提供参考。Currently,China's economy has entered a new stage of upgrading and upgrading,and the high-quality development of China's economy urgent the construction of a scientific and technological achievements transformation system and academic entrepreneurship system in line with the development law of the new quality productive forces,and accelerating the process of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.In order to further explore the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and academic entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes and researches on the basis of the relevant literature on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and academic entrepreneurship published in the past 40 years,the statistical data on the transformation of achievements of colleges and institutes,and individual cases of the founders of unicorns coming out of the ivory tower,and finds that colleges and universities are facing the low synergy effect of the policies,the obstruction of implementation chain,and lack of assistance in the capital market in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The study finds that universities are facing the challenges of low policy synergy,obstacles in the implementation chain and lack of assistance from the capital market in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and puts forward the establishment of a technology transfer platform covering a full range of consulting services,support for the construction of specialized proof-of-concept centers and pilot test platforms,and the role of patient capital in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a leading factor in the transformation of high-quality scientific and technological achievements into new quality productive forces.
