面向复杂工况的电厂燃料自动采样机控制研究

摘　　要：【目的】电厂燃料质量直接影响发电效率和成本,因此需要对燃料进行准确的采样和分析。自动采样机凭借精确控制,能从大堆燃料中采集代表性样品,提升采样准确性。但复杂工况下,燃料类别复杂、粒度不均,导致采样准确性不高。为此提出了面向复杂工况的电厂燃料自动采样机控制方法。【方法】首先,采用支持向量机分类电厂燃料,根据复杂工况与分类设置采样参数。其次,输入参数,启动采样机,设计自适应算法,随工况变化调整参数,确保复杂工况下采样机安全稳定运行。【结果】应用该设计方法,热值误差被控制在±1%以内,灰分误差被控制在±0.2%以内,水分误差被控制在±1%以内,采样符合度较高,实际应用效果好。【结论】电厂燃料自动采样机控制研究实现了采样自动化、精确化、智能化,提升了采样准确性和可靠性,有力地支持了电厂燃料管理。[Purposes]The quality of fuel in power plants directly affects the efficiency and cost of power generation,so accurate sampling and analysis of fuel are required.The automatic sampling machine,with precise control,can collect representative samples from large piles of fuel,improving sampling accuracy.However,under complex operating conditions,the fuel types are complex and the particle size is uneven,resulting in a decrease in sampling accuracy.A control method for automatic fuel sampling machine in power plants for complex working conditions has been proposed.[Methods]Firstly,this paper uses sup⁃port vector machine to classify power plant fuels,and sets sampling parameters based on complex operat⁃ing conditions and classification.Secondly,this paper inputs parameters to start the sampling machine,designs adaptive algorithms,and adjusts parameters according to changes in working conditions to en⁃sure safe and stable operation under complex working conditions.[Findings]Under the application of de⁃sign methods,the calorific value error is controlled within±1%,the ash content error is controlled within±0.2%,and the moisture content error is controlled within±1%.The sampling accuracy is high,and the practical application effect is good.[Conclusions]The research on the control of automatic fuel sampling machines in power plants has achieved automation,precision,and intelligence in sampling,improving the ac⁃curacy and reliability of sampling and providing strong support for fuel management in power plants.
