摘 要:涡轮螺旋桨发动机的顺桨停车系统是一个复杂的控制系统,当出现顺桨停车故障时,外场人员需要熟悉各系统的工作原理以及系统间彼此协统关系,才有可能准确、快速判断顺桨停车故障。本文通过介绍一起外场飞行过程中,进行人工顺桨停车时螺旋桨未顺桨成功的故障,对该型发动机顺桨系统工作原理的分析,采用故障树分析法对其可能出现的故障原因进行查处,查明故障原因,并对故障机理进行分析,为从事机务维修保障的外场人员对今后类似故障的排除积累经验。The auto-feathering parking system of turboprop engine is a complex control system.When a feathering parking failure occurs,ground personnel need to be familiar with the working principles of each system and the interrelationships between systems in order to accurately and quickly diagnose the feathering parking failure.This paper presents a case of a feathering parking failure that occurred during a flight,and analyzes the working principle of the feathering system of the engine in question using the auto-feathering parking system.The possible causes of the failure are investigated using fault tree analysis,and the cause of the failure is determined based on the experience of the ground personnel.The failure mechanism is also analyzed,and this experience will be of great value for ground personnel who are engaged in aircraft maintenance and support in the future to deal with similar failures.
