摘　　要：轨道车辆企业项目具有范围广、长周期、高风险、复杂度高的特征,使得企业在新的内外部环境形势和挑战中面临诸多风险和挑战,传统项目管理方法已无法满足现代轨道交通企业的需求。通过分析探讨轨道车辆企业项目管理的现状,研究了数字化转型在轨道车辆企业项目管理中的创新路径和应用。数字化转型对于轨道车辆企业项目管理的效率提升具有至关重要的作用。Rail vehicle enterprise projects have the characteristics of wide scope,long cycle,high risk,and high complexity,which makes enterprises face many risks and challenges in the new internal and external environmental situation and challenges.Traditional project management methods can no longer meet the needs of modern rail transit enterprises.By analyzing and exploring the current situation of project management in rail vehicle enterprises,the innovative path and application of digital transformation in project management of rail vehicle enterprises were studied.Digital transformation plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of project management for rail vehicle enterprises.
