摘　　要：随着汽车行业的快速发展和市场需求的不断变化,职业本科汽车专业实践能力的培养显得尤为重要。当前,汽车行业对人才的需求更加注重实践能力和创新能力,传统的理论教育已经不能满足市场的需求。探讨市场需求视阈下职业本科汽车专业实践能力的培养,对于提高学生的就业竞争力,促进汽车行业的发展具有重要意义。本研究旨在深入分析市场需求对实践能力的影响,探讨现有培养模式存在的问题,并提出相应的策略,以期为汽车专业教育提供有益的参考和建议。本文旨在探讨市场需求视阈下职业本科汽车专业实践能力培养的重要性、现状及存在的问题,提出相应的策略探讨。With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the continuous change of market demand,the cultivation of the practical ability of vocational undergraduate automobile majors is particularly important.At present,the demand for talents in the automotive industry pays more attention to practical ability and innovation ability,and traditional theoretical education can no longer meet the needs of the market.It is of great significance to explore the cultivation of the practical ability of vocational undergraduate automotive majors from the perspective of market demand to improve students'employment competitiveness and promote the development of the automotive industry.The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the impact of market demand on practical ability,discuss the problems existing in the existing training model,and put forward corresponding strategies,in order to provide useful reference and suggestions for automotive professional education.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the importance,current situation and existing problems of the practical ability training of vocational undergraduate automotive majors from the perspective of market demand,and put forward corresponding strategies.
