摘 要:在全球工业4.0和智能制造大潮的推动下,现代企业正面临着人才短缺与需求不匹配的问题。随着中国进入智能制造的新时代,高职院校成为技能型人才培育的核心基地。然而,目前高职院校在人才培养方面存在多重问题,如与企业需求脱节、人才培养模式陈旧、实训基地缺乏等,这些问题都急需解决。本文聚焦于智能制造类专业人才的培养现状、问题和解决策略,涵盖了政府支持策略、公共实训基地建设、实施智能制造类专业人才培养订单竞拍模式以及针对就业的直接补贴政策。希望通过对这些关键问题的全面剖析和针对性建议,能为政府决策、学校管理和企业人力资源规划提供有力的支持。Under the impetus of the global Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing trend,modern enterprises are confronted with the problem of talent shortage and mismatch.As China gradually enters the era of intelligent manufacturing,higher vocational colleges have become the main base for cultivating technical and skilled talents.However,at present,there are multiple problems in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,such as disconnection from enterprise demands,outdated talent cultivation models,and lack of practical training bases.All these problems need to be urgently addressed.This article focuses on the current situation,problems and solutions for the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing professionals,covering government support strategies,construction of public practical training bases,implementation of the order bidding model for talent cultivation in intelligent manufacturing specialties,and direct subsidy policies for employment.It is hoped that through a comprehensive analysis of these key issues and targeted suggestions,it can provide strong support for government decision-making,school management and enterprise human resource planning.
