摘　　要：干燥综合征(Sjogren's syndrome,SS)患者唾液分泌减少、黏膜对刺激敏感性增加,传统全口义齿修复后易出现义齿固位力差、黏膜压痛、炎症以及义齿材料过敏等问题。此问题同样存在于因手术切除唾液腺、颌面部放疗、唾液腺增龄性改变等原因引起口干的人群。目前针对SS患者可采用种植全口义齿、设计带有储液器的义齿、选择有利于唾液存留和不使黏膜致敏的义齿材料、使用义齿稳固剂和人工唾液、闭口式印模等方法改善传统义齿的弊端,但是目前临床上并没有系统的解决方法。现就SS患者口腔修复治疗的国内外研究现状进行综述,探讨SS患者修复治疗的方案及效果,并结合现有研究提出综合治疗建议,以期为此类患者提供修复治疗参考。Patients with Sjogren's syndrome(SS)have reduced salivary secretion and increased mucosal sensitivity to stimulation.After the restoration of traditional complete denture,it is easy to have problems such as poor denture retention,mucosal tenderness,inflammation and material allergy.This problem also exists in people with dry mouth caused by surgical removal of salivary glands,maxillofacial radiotherapy,and age-related changes in salivary glands.At present,for SS patients,the drawbacks of traditional dentures can be improved by full dentures,designing dentures with liquid reservoirs,selecting denture materials that are conducive to retention of saliva and non-sensitization of mucosa,using denture stabilizer and artificial saliva,and closed-mouth impression,etc.However,there is no systematic solution in clinical practice.This article reviews the research status of prosthodontic treatment for SS patients at home and abroad,discusses the scheme and effect of prosthodontic treatment for SS patients,and puts forward comprehensive treatment suggestions based on existing researches,in order to provide prosthodontic treatment reference for such patients.
