摘　　要：颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)是口腔颌面部唯一的关节,在口腔医学中具有重要的临床意义。其形态结构的变化影响修复、正畸、正颌治疗的预后及长期稳定性,故TMJ的形态与功能是否正常对于口腔科的治疗至关重要。TMJ的形态特征受到颅颌面解剖结构、矢状向和垂直向骨面型、牙列咬合与咀嚼肌功能等多因素的影响。近年来,TMJ与正畸矫治之间的关系受到广泛关注,探究不同骨面型错[牙合]畸形患者的TMJ形态特点的研究日益增多,但不同学者得出的结论并非完全一致。因此现从髁突、关节窝及关节盘的位置和形态等方面进行归纳总结,以期为临床提供诊断思路。The temporomandibular joint is the only joint in the oral and maxillofacial region,which has important clinical significance in stomatology.The morphological and structural changes of TMJ affect the prognosis and longterm stability of prosthetics,orthodontics and orthognathic treatment,so whether the morphology and function of TMJ are normal is very important for the treatment of stomatology.The morphological characteristics of the temporomandibular joint are affected by multiple factors such as craniomaxillofacial anatomy,sagittal and vertical bone-faced shapes,dentition occlusion and masticatory muscle function.In recent years,the relationship between temporomandibular joint and orthodontic treatment has attracted wide attention.More and more studies have been conducted to explore the morphological characteristics of temporomandibular joint in patients with different osteofacial malocclusions,but the conclusions reached by different scholars are not completely consistent.Therefore,this paper summarizes the position and morphology of the condyle,articular fossa and disc,in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis.
