摘 要:自体牙移植术作为保留天然牙的最后一道防线,多需要正畸、外科、人工智能医学等多学科的参与,并追求高精度、高效率以及最微创的移植过程。自体牙移植术技术敏感性较高,供体牙的试植次数、离体时间、移植后的初期稳定性以及微创拔牙等因素与移植牙预后密切相关。而人工智能在术前决策领域的渗透恰能填补“牙槽窝预备方案的不可预测性”这一缺陷,通过评估供体牙完整拔出风险、引导牙槽窝预备以及筛查第三磨牙变异根管等方式,为自体牙移植术提供精准的术前手术规划。现对人工智能在自体牙移植术中的应用进行总结,并对其未来发展做出展望。Autotransplantation of teeth,as the last line of defense in preserving native teeth,requires the involvement of multiple disciplines such as orthodontics,surgery,and artificial intelligence medicine,and the pursuit of high precision,high efficiency,and minimally invasive transplantation processes.The technique of autotransplantation is highly sensitive,with and factors such as the number of trial placements of the donor tooth,the time out of the body,the initial stability after transplantation,the dentist's tooth extraction skills,and the degree of minimally invasive extraction being closely related to the prognosis of the transplanted tooth.However,the penetration of artificial intelligence in the field of preoperative decision-making can just fill the defect of"unpredictability of alveolar preparation program",and provide accurate preoperative surgical planning for autogenous tooth transplantation by evaluating the risk of complete extraction of donor teeth,guiding alveolar preparation,and screening the third molar root canal.This paper summarizes the application of artificial intelligence in autotransplantation of teeth and looks forward to its future development.
