摘 要:算法时代,算法应用加剧了思想政治教育的信息传播风险。从现实图景来看,随着人工智能技术的日臻成熟,智能算法正日益成为颠覆数字信息传播态势的全新技术架构。其对于个体数字信息环境的技术拟态已深刻影响了主流价值观念的有效传播与内涵表达。从表征逻辑来看,算法基于自身的权力属性、推送特质及本位逻辑消解了主流价值观念的价值引领性、传播公共性、信息权威性,进而引发了思想政治教育信息偏向化、弥散化、泛娱乐化的传播风险。要充分消解由智能算法引发的思想政治教育信息传播风险,必须坚持“破立并举”“软硬兼施”“攻守兼备”的综合治理逻辑,从廓清信息环境、涵育良性生态、强化算法治理等多个角度增强主流价值观念的话语感召力。In the age of algorithms,the application of algorithms intensifies the risk of information dissemination in ideological and political education.From the perspective of the realistic picture,with the maturity of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent algorithms are increasingly becoming a new technical architecture to subvert the trend of digital information dissemination.Its technical mimicry of individual digital information environment has deeply affected the effective dissemination and connotation expression of mainstream values.From the perspective of representation logic,the algorithm,based on its own power attributes,push characteristics and standard logic,dispels the value leadership,dissemination publicity and information authority of the mainstream value concepts,thus leading to the communication risk of biased,dispersed and pan-entertaining ideological and political education information.In order to fully eliminate the risk of ideological and political education information transmission caused by intelligent algorithms,it is necessary to adhere to the comprehensive governance logic of“breaking through and establishing simultaneously”,“acting toughly and talking softly”,“being equally good at offence and defense”,and enhance the discourse appeal of mainstream values from multiple perspectives such as clarifying the information environment,cultivating benign ecology,and strengthening algorithm governance.
