摘 要:随着教育改革的不断深入,教育公平的概念日益深化,其不仅关乎个体的成长和发展,更关系到社会的整体进步和稳定。通过探讨教育公平的核心价值与时代意义,来分析教育管理政策创新的价值导向与动因,揭示政策创新与教育公平相互促进的内在逻辑。通过剖析教育管理政策执行中的偏差现象及其对教育公平的具体影响,提出了创新策略,为教育管理政策的制定与执行提供科学的理论支撑和实践指导,进而推动教育公平的持续进步,为社会的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。With the continuous deepening of education reform,the concept of educational equity is becoming increasingly profound.It not only concerns the growth and development of individuals,but also relates to the overall progress and stability of society.The core value and contemporary significance of educational equity,are explored by analyzing the value orientation and motivation of educational management policy innovation,and reveals the inherent logic of mutual promotion between policy innovation and educational equity.Then,by analyzing the deviation phenomenon in the implementation of educational management policies and its specific impact on educational equity,innovative strategies are proposed to provide scientific theoretical support and practical guidance for the formulation and implementation of educational management policies,thereby promoting the continuous progress of educational equity and laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of society.
