摘　　要：网络交易的过程体现出一定的虚拟化特征,新时期下网购食品安全问题频发,研究供应链视域下食品安全控制要点极为关键。本文重点介绍网购食品质量安全关键环节,分析网购食品质量安全的重要性,并从供应商、生产商、电商平台等方面深入探讨网购食品质量安全关键环节的控制策略,旨在为相关研究提供参考。The process of online transactions reflects certain virtualization characteristics,and the food safety problems of online shopping are frequent in the new era,and it is extremely important to study the key points of food safety control from the perspective of supply chain.This paper focuses on the key links of online food quality and safety,analyzes the importance of online food quality and safety,and discusses the control strategies of key links of online food quality and safety from the aspects of suppliers,manufacturers,and e-commerce platforms,aiming to provide reference for related research.
